You have learned that the opportunities for unethical behavior in the service industry can be attributed to the unique characteristics inherent in services. find a service firm who has been in the press related to unethical behavior (there is an attached report) and answer the following questions:

  • Discuss why services can be prone to unethical behavior.
  • Described the service firm you selected and the situation related to the unethical behavior.
  • In the situation you selected, what were the effects of the unethical behavior?
  • What could have the firm done to prevent the unethical behavior?
